1. Information on how to claim and the offer form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The promotion commences on Wednesday 1 September 2010 and closes at 11.59pm AEST on Sunday 31 October 2010 (“Offer Period”).
3. Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Offer is only open to Australian and New Zealand residents 18 years or over, who purchase a selected Westinghouse Dishwasher (models detailed below) (“Participating Product”) from any participating retail store during the Offer Period and are the end users of that product.
Participating Products are the following Westinghouse models:
WDF901SA, WDF901WA, WDF902SA, WDF902WA, WDU903SA
4. The Promoter does not guarantee that all Participating Products will be available for purchase throughout the Offer Period.
5. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definition applies: 'Purchase' means payment in full for the Participating Product during the Offer Period from an Australian or New Zealand participating authorised Westinghouse dealer. Purchase does not include:
(i) Rental payment plans with a term of less than 18 months;
(ii) Lay-bys or pre-orders not paid in full;
(iii) Commercial or business transactions of Participating Products;
(iv) Purchases via eBay or similar online third party internet websites;
(v) Second hand products;
(vi) Electrolux staff, family or friend purchases; or
(vii) Purchases made in conjunction with any other offer.;
6. Australian claimants will receive one (1) Year's supply of Finish. The one year's supply of Finish consists of four (4) packs of Finish Quantum containing 40 dishwashing cleaning tablets per pack and one (1) 500ml bottle of Finish Rinse Aid.
New Zealand claimants will receive one (1) Year's supply of Finish. The one year's supply of Finish consists of four (4) packs of Finish Max in 1 containing 51 dishwashing cleaning tablets per pack, one (1) 500ml bottle of Finish Rinse Aid and one (1) 125ml bottle of Finish Rinse Aid.
7. For Australian residents. The one (1) years supply of Finish has been calculated based on dishwasher average usage frequency over 104 weeks which equates to 2.48 washes per week*. Total washes per year (2.48 x 52) equals 129 washes. Four (4) packs of Finish Quantum containing 40 dishwasher cleaning tablets per pack provide coverage for 160 washes. 500ml bottle of Finish Rinse Aid equals up to 166 washes (based on average 3ml setting). *Based on Nielsen Homescan data dated 26/12/2009 as provided to Electrolux Home Products Pty Ltd.
8. For New Zealand residents. The one (1) year’s supply of Finish has been calculated based on dishwasher average usage frequency of 193 washes per house, per year*. Four (4) packs of Finish Max in 1 containing 51 tablets per pack provides coverage for 204 washes. 500ml bottle of Finish plus 125ml bottle of Finish Rinse Aid equals up to 200 washes (based on average 3ml setting). *Based on AC Nielsen & Homescan MAT 8/8/10 & 28/7/10 as provided to Electrolux Home Products Pty Ltd.
9. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to claim. Offer excludes all purchases made directly from Electrolux Home Products Pty Ltd.
10. To claim the Year supply of Finish, the claimants must complete the official claim form at:

and include First name, Last name, delivery address, nominated email address, contact phone number, Westinghouse product model number, and serial number, purchase receipt number, purchase receipt date and store of purchase. Claims must be received by 5pm AEST on Sunday 14 November 2010. No claims will be processed after this date. If a claimant is unable to provide the serial number of the Participating Product purchased at the time of submitting the online claim form, the claim will be accepted for consideration; however the serial number must be received by the Promoter within 90 days of the date of purchase of the Participating Product.
11. The promotion excludes Participating Products purchased through any online discounter (including shoppingsafari.com.au, thebargainhunter.com.au, shopbot.com.au, priceme.co.nz, shopsafe.co.nz), online bidding or auction websites (including ebay.com.au & trademe.co.nz) or otherwise purchased through unauthorised retailers.
12. This is an on-line redemption only. Once the claim form has been submitted claimants will be instructed online to scan and upload their purchase receipt OR send their photocopied purchase receipt and claim form in a stamped envelope to:

Claims will then be processed for validation. All purchase receipts must be received by the Promoter no later than 5pm Monday 29 November, 2010. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for late, lost or misdirected mail. Purchase receipts received after this date will render the claim invalid. All claims must be made by the actual purchaser of the Participating Product as evidenced by the purchase receipt. Claims or registrations by any other person will not be accepted. Please refer to the ‘How to claim’ instructions for more details.
13. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and claimants (including a claimant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any claimant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the claim process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
14. If a claimant has not received their purchased Item from their retailer at time of payment, claimants are still eligible for the 1 Year supply of Finish if they have paid in full within the promotional period. Orders showing incomplete payment for the participating products will not be accepted. The customer MUST however register and log all of their details (excluding the model serial number) online within 14 days of purchase.
15. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims will be deemed invalid.
16. Only one claim per person and per household permitted in accordance with the claim requirements.
17. Claimants must retain their original purchase receipt as proof of purchase. Failure to produce a copy of the purchase receipt when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of the claimant’s claim and forfeiture of any right to an offer.
18. The claimed gift is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
19. If the claimed gift is unavailable, the Promoter, at its discretion, reserves the right to substitute it with a gift of equal value and/or specification subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. The claimed or substitute gift is not redeemable at the point of purchase.
20. Any cost associated with accessing the Promoter's website for the purpose of registering a claim is the claimant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
21. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
22. The Promoter makes no guarantee of the availability of its web services and will not be held responsible for interruption of service that may interfere with the ability to participate in the Promotion.
23. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.
24. Caution: any attempt to deliberately damage the Promoter's promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these conditions of entry or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for those losses, damages and costs.
25. The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of, or in connection with, this promotion if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter.
26. Claimants should allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of their 1 Year supply of Finish from Sunday 14 November 2010.
27. The Promoter reserves the right to reclaim the 1 Year supply of Finish from any claimant, if the initially purchased Participating Product is returned after the claim has been processed and fulfilled (other than for warranty reasons). This clause does not limit or affect the claimant's rights with regards to warranties on the Participating Product either from the manufacturer or implied by legislation.
28. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
29. It is the responsibility of the consumer to be available for the delivery as organised by the Promoter. In the case of an item being undeliverable, it is the responsibility of the consumer to organise the redelivery at their own cost.
30. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including for negligence) for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following:
(a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
(b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
(c) any claim or gift that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
(d) any variation in offer value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
(e) any tax liability incurred by a claimant; or
(f) use of a gift.
31. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration or compensation for the purpose of promoting, publicising or marketing this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products or services manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter. The winners agree to participate in all reasonable promoted activities in relation to the Promotion as requested by the Promoter and its agents.
32. All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information about entrants to include entrants in the promotion and where appropriate award prizes. If the personal information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By participating in the promotion and opting in at the point of product registration, each entrant also acknowledges that a further primary purpose for collection of entrants' personal information by the Promoter is to enable the Promoter to use the information to assist the Promoter in improving goods and services and to contact entrants in the future with information on special offers or provide entrants with marketing materials via any medium including mail, telephone and commercial electronic messages (SMS (Short Message Service), MMS (Multimedia Message Service), IM (Instant Messaging) and email) or any other form of electronic, emerging, digital or conventional communications channel whether existing now or in the future. The Promoter may share information with its Australian related companies and promotional partners who may contact entrants with special offers in this way. By entering the promotion and opting in at the point of product registration, each entrant agrees that the Promoter may use entrants' personal information in this manner. Each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may publish or cause to be published the winner's name and locality in any media as required under the relevant lottery legislation. 33.LAY-BY-CLAUSE Please note that only lay-bys that have been paid in full by 31 October 2010 are eligible for the 1 Year supply of Finish. PLEASE NOTE: Purchasers of WDF901SA, WDF901WA, WDF902SA, WDF902WA, WDU903SA models for Government and Commercial contract sales, second quality (T2) and auction goods are excluded from this promotion. SECOND QUALITY GOODS (T2) If your appliance Serial Number has “T2” before it, you will not be entitled to claim.
34. The Promoter is Electrolux Home Products Pty Ltd of 163 O'Riordan Street, Mascot NSW 2020. ABN 51 004 762 341. No correspondence sent to this address for the promotion will be entered into. Please refer to the mailing address nominated on the redemption site.
