What products do I need to purchase to be eligible for the promotion?
Purchase a selected Westinghouse Dishwasher product from a participating retailer in Australia & New Zealand within the promotional period.
How long is the Offer Period?
You must purchase your products between Wednesday 1 September 2010 and Sunday 31 October 2010. All entries and claims must be fully completed and received by last mail on Sunday 29 November 2010. No entries and claims will be processed after this date.
How do I enter this promotion?

Follow the prompts to the claim page during the Offer Period, input the requested details and submit the fully completed online claim form. What is the gift with purchase OR prize?
Australian claimants will receive: four (4) packs of Finish Quantum containing 40 dishwashing cleaning tablets per pack and one (1) 500ml bottle of Finish Rinse Aid.
New Zealand claimants will receive: four (4) packs of Finish Max in 1 containing 51 dishwashing cleaning tablets per pack, one (1) 500ml bottle of Finish Rinse Aid and one (1) 125ml bottle of Finish Rinse Aid.

I entered a different name on the online claim form, from the name shown on the
receipt. Is this OK?
No, it is not. The name/entrant on the claim form must match the name on the receipt,
in order to be eligible for this promotion. Claims that are received showing a different
name will be made invalid.
I don’t have internet or email, is there another way for me to enter in this
promotion?
Unfortunately not. You will need to find a family member or friend who has internet
access who can help you complete an online claim. Alternatively please contact your
Retailer where you made your purchases for this promotion and ask for assistance.
I am having trouble downloading my claim form, what do I do?
You need to have Acrobat Version
5 or above - this is a free installation. Please also check that your pop-ups
are not being blocked and are activated. You may also need to install Active-X controls
in your Internet Explorer browser.
Why don’t I get an email back straight away after registering?
Sometimes there are short delays in email transmission. If you have not received a confirmation email within an hour, you may have entered an incorrect email address. It is also possible that your email service provider is blocking this mail as Spam or Junk mail. Please check your Spam and Junk Mail folders. If you still have not received a confirmation email you can contact westinghouse@campaign.net.au for assistance.
I need the serial number/s of my purchased product/s to submit my online claim,
but the product/s is currently not in stock OR I won’t take delivery of my
product within the promotional period. Am I still eligible to claim?
Yes you are still eligible to claim. If you do not have your serial number/s you can still start the claim process as long as you have paid for your products in full.
If you don’t have the serial number/s of your product/s you will be prompted to select the reason why when you enter your claim online.
You will then receive an email to remind you to submit your serial number/s as soon as you have your product to ensure that your claim can then be validated within the redemption period.
Orders showing incomplete payment for the participating products will not be accepted. You must have paid for your purchases in full by the end of the promotional time frame.
When will I receive my gift with purchase items?
Claimants should allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of their 1 year supply of Finish from Sunday 14th November 2010.
My delivery address has changed since I entered my online claim details. What should
I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible to update your address details to ensure your
items are delivered to the correct address.

What if I am not available to take delivery of my gift with purchase items?
It is your responsibility to be available to take delivery of your items. If you are not home, details will be left for you to arrange re-delivery of you items directly with the courier.
